Management: Growth and Success

Throughout my career, I've established and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders across various industries. Working with global organisations, I have collaborated with corporate partners, investors, and industry leaders to drive strategic growth, enhance brand positioning, and create long-term business opportunities.

High-Impact Corporate Partnerships

At ESL FACEIT Group, I played a key role in managing global partnerships, working closely with major stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment. A prime example is my work with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon brand, where I helped position them as a major player in the esports space through their partnership with ESL. I collaborated with their marketing team to integrate their brand into key ESL events, secure media opportunities, and engage gaming audiences, as well as potential B2B partners.

 

I was also instrumental in securing new business with Rovio, creators of Angry Birds, and developing brand positioning strategies that helped them expand their reach among both consumers and corporate stakeholders. During Rovio’s partnership with Everton Football Club, I worked closely with both organisations to enhance Rovio’s visibility, preparing the company for a more mainstream approach to its brand strategy, an effort that contributed to its later acquisition by SEGA.

 

Beyond gaming, I have worked with major entertainment and technology brands, including Disney, Nintendo, and PlayStation. I supported Disney’s launch of Pac-Man on Disney+ and collaborated with Nintendo and PlayStation to enhance the positioning of key game titles during my time at Bandai Namco.

 

At Zynga, I led corporate messaging across the EMEA region, working alongside C-level executives to ensure that company communications effectively engaged key stakeholders. A significant part of this role involved supporting the company’s earnings cycles, preparing messaging, briefing executives, and coordinating media engagement to ensure Zynga’s strategic positioning remained strong in the eyes of investors and industry analysts.

Stakeholder Communication & Reputation Management

Managing sensitive corporate communications has been a crucial aspect of my career. I have worked closely with executives and internal teams to navigate high-stakes situations, including company redundancies, business restructures, and game sunsetting. At ESL FACEIT Group, I was responsible for ensuring that corporate messaging was aligned across all partnership communications, working with C-level leaders to shape narratives that resonated with investors, business partners, and internal teams.

 

At Zynga, I played a key role in communications related to financial reporting, ensuring that investor relations remained aligned with corporate storytelling. I also contributed to M&A-related communications, helping to shape the messaging during critical business transitions including the acquisition of Zynga by Take Two Interactive.

At Zynga, my strategic corporate messaging strengthened investor relations, contributing to its recognition as the No.1 Mobile Games Company in 2019.
